Job Description

Seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

  • Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality resident care, acting as the clinical decision-maker, monitoring resident conditions, supporting medication and infection control, addressing staffing needs, and ensuring proper documentation and incident reporting.
  • Qualifications include an active RN license in NM, with preferred experience in supervision and long-term care, strong assessment and leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
