Job Description

Seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.

  • Provide supervision to nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with regulations.
  • Act as the clinical decision-maker on weekends, monitor resident conditions, and coordinate with healthcare providers.
  • Support medication management, documentation, infection control, and address staffing needs in real-time.
  • Promote teamwork, professionalism, and ensure incident follow-up and reporting.

    • Qualifications: Active NM RN license, prior supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred, with skills in assessment, leadership, and communication.
