Job Description

This role is for a *Weekend RN Supervisor* providing clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.

  • Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, with shift details discussed during interview.
  • Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care, monitoring resident conditions, managing medication and documentation, addressing staffing needs, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Qualifications: Active RN license in NM, prior supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred, strong assessment and communication skills, and ability to work independently.
