RN Weekend Supervisor

Job Description

Seeking a reliable *Weekend RN Supervisor* to lead nursing staff during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).

Responsibilities include providing clinical oversight, ensuring high-quality resident care, managing medication and documentation, monitoring resident conditions, and addressing staffing and operational issues in real time.

Qualifications: Active RN license in NM, with preferred experience in supervision and long-term care. Must have strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills and be able to work independently.
