Job Description

Seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff during weekend shifts in a skilled nursing facility.

  • Provide clinical supervision and oversee daily operations for LPNs and CNAs.
  • Ensure resident safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as the clinical decision-maker and communication point during weekends.
  • Monitor resident conditions, support medication management, and document accurately.
  • Address staffing issues, incident follow-up, and promote teamwork.

    • Qualifications include an active RN license in NM, with preferred supervisory or long-term care experience. Strong assessment and leadership skills are essential. The role offers competitive pay ($35-$45/hr), a stable weekend schedule, and a supportive team. This part-time position involves approximately 24 hours per week, working in person.
