Growing wound care company in Portland, OR seeking an energetic Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, on-the-road SNF Rounding Clinician role.
Manage a patient load across Skilled Nursing Facilities, assisted living, and homes, providing direct wound care and implementing treatment protocols. Accurately document care, coordinate with healthcare teams, and ensure compliance with company protocols and quality standards. Work independently with a compassionate bedside manner, demonstrating strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Maintain certifications, pursue wound care certification within a year, and stay current with continuing education. Travel required; mileage reimbursed.
