– Join a dedicated team providing high-quality psychological and educational services to schools across Texas.
Serve as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting students in multiple charter schools within Dallas County.
Enjoy flexible scheduling with full or part-time options, working only 190 days per year aligned with the school calendar, including summers off.
Manage student caseloads, deliver speech services, conduct evaluations, and make IEP recommendations to promote student progress.
Collaborate with teachers and parents through consultations and attend ARD meetings to support student success.
Maintain organized records and provide progress reports regularly; may supervise SLPA(s).
Requirements include a master’s degree, valid licensure, and preferably 2-3 years of school-based experience; knowledge of diagnostic procedures and special education.
Ideal candidates demonstrate strong organizational skills, a passion for working with students with disabilities, and effective interpersonal abilities.
Compensation ranges from $50-$60/hour, with additional stipends for supervising assistants; work involves travel between schools.
