School Based Speech Language Pathologist – License Required

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing and diagnosing communication disorders
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing therapy sessions to improve communication skills
• Monitoring patient progress throughout therapy
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and educators for comprehensive care
• Offering counseling and support to patients and families

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid state license or certification
• Clinical experience with communication disorders
• Knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team
• Work location in Baton Rouge, LA, with in-person duties
