Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, school-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students with diverse communication needs in a year-round, structured setting. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct and consultative therapy to promote communication, social, and academic growth. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the SLP will deliver trauma-sensitive care, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute to student progress monitoring.


  • Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current Colorado licensure, and CCC-SLP (or CFY).
  • Experience or interest in autism and complex communication needs is preferred.

  • Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a pay range of $75,000–$90,000 annually.
