Join a therapist-founded, supportive company as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist in Lakewood, WA for the 2025–2026 school year.

In this in-person role, you’ll handle a K-12 caseload, providing evaluations, therapy, developing IEPs, and collaborating with school teams. The position is full-time (37.5 hrs/week), starting ASAP through the end of the year with potential extension.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, WA licensure or willingness to obtain, and an ESA certificate. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply, with mentorship provided.
