Job Description
As a Counselor, you will provide compassionate individual and group therapy using techniques like CBT, psychodynamic, and art therapy to support clients of all ages. Your role includes crisis intervention, comprehensive assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for diverse populations, including those with developmental disabilities, PTSD, and addiction issues. You will maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and facilitate family counseling to promote healthy relationships. Additionally, you may engage in clinical research to advance therapeutic practices.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, along with valid state licensure.
