SCL Site Counselors

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to provide compassionate mental health support across diverse populations.

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using techniques like CBT, psychodynamic, and art therapy.

Implement crisis intervention and perform comprehensive assessments to tailor treatment plans.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care, especially for clients with developmental disabilities, PTSD, and addiction.

Maintain accurate, confidential documentation per HIPAA and coding standards.

Facilitate family counseling to promote healthy relationships and engage in clinical research to advance practices.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, with valid state licensure. Preferred experience with children, telehealth, special populations, and crisis management.
