Seeking Outpatient Therapist (Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapists)

Job Description

We are hiring therapists to join our expanding treatment team, serving clients of all ages with diverse diagnoses.

Our clinic offers hippotherapy and outpatient land-based therapy, with training opportunities in hippotherapy—horse experience is preferred but not required.

All licensed or eligible therapists (Physical, Occupational, Speech) are encouraged to apply; positions are part-time and contract-based, with flexible scheduling, especially after-school hours.

Compensation starts at $35/hour, with incentives for professional development.

Preferred candidates have at least 3 years of client treatment experience and 5 years of equine experience. Relocation to Poplar Grove, IL is required before starting.
