Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.


  • Serve as a clinical leader, collaborating with the care team to oversee residents’ care.
  • Handle admissions, discharges, stability checks, and evaluations for changes in condition.
  • Conduct advanced care planning, comprehensive assessments, and prescribe treatments.
