Responsibilities include providing psychosocial assessments, counseling, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and resource referrals, partnering with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address social and emotional needs impacting medical care.
Requirements: Master’s in Social Work from an accredited program, one year of healthcare experience, and relevant Washington state licensure within 90 days.
