Seeking a Senior Social Worker for a new Center for Behavioral Health and Learning opening in 2024, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Full-time, day shift position (40 hours/week). Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address social/emotional needs, provide assessments, treatment planning, discharge coordination, crisis intervention, and resource referrals. Offer psychosocial support, develop discharge plans, and ensure care continuity across settings. Provide specialty consultation, case management, and timely referrals, including mandated reporting. Must hold a Master of Social Work degree, one year of healthcare experience, and relevant Washington state licensure within 90 days. The new facility will feature comprehensive psychiatric beds, neuromodulation programs, and training opportunities, fostering innovation in mental health care.
