Seeking a Senior Social Worker for a full-time, day shift position at a new Center for Behavioral Health and Learning.
Partner with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address psychosocial needs impacting care, recovery, and discharge planning.
Provide psychosocial assessments, therapeutic interventions, crisis support, resource referrals, and care coordination.
Collaborate on discharge planning and make timely referrals to community resources.
Requires a Master’s in Social Work, one year of healthcare experience, and Washington state licensure within 90 days.
