Job Description

Seeking a Senior Social Worker for a full-time position in a new Behavioral Health and Learning center with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

  • Partner with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address social and emotional needs impacting care and recovery.
  • Provide psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, discharge coordination, crisis intervention, and resource referrals.
  • Collaborate to develop safe discharge plans and coordinate care across settings.
  • Offer consultation, case management, and support to patients with complex social and medical histories.
  • Complete assessments and make timely referrals, including mandated reporting.

    • Qualifications: Master’s in Social Work, one year of healthcare experience, and appropriate Washington state licensure within 90 days.
