Job Description

This Senior Social Worker role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and involves
full-time, day shift hours in a new behavioral health and learning center opening in 2024.

  • Partner with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address social/emotional needs impacting care and recovery.
  • Provide psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and resource referrals.
  • Coordinate care across settings, ensuring smooth transitions and effective resource utilization.
  • Offer specialty consultation and psychosocial support in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Complete clinical assessments, develop discharge plans, and make timely referrals to community resources.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, at least one year of healthcare experience, and relevant Washington state credentials within 90 days of hire.
