Job Description
This Senior Social Worker role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and involves
full-time, day shift hours in a new behavioral health and learning center opening in 2024.
Partner with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address social/emotional needs impacting care and recovery.
Provide psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and resource referrals.
Coordinate care across settings, ensuring smooth transitions and effective resource utilization.
Offer specialty consultation and psychosocial support in a multidisciplinary environment.
Complete clinical assessments, develop discharge plans, and make timely referrals to community resources.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, at least one year of healthcare experience, and relevant Washington state credentials within 90 days of hire.
