Job Description

Seeking a Senior Social Worker for a full-time, day-shift role in a new Behavioral Health and Learning facility.

  • Partner with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address social/emotional needs impacting medical care, recovery, and transitions.
  • Provide assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, discharge coordination, and resource referrals.
  • Offer psychosocial support, specialty consultation, and care management for complex cases.
  • Develop safe discharge plans and make timely referrals to community and hospital resources.


    • Qualifications: Master’s in Social Work, one year healthcare experience, and active Washington credential within 90 days.
