Service Coordinator/Licensed Social Worker

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Service Coordinator for Senior Apartments in Anderson Township, Cincinnati, OH.

The role involves connecting elderly residents, especially those who are frail or at risk, and residents with disabilities to necessary supportive services to enable independent living.

Preferred candidates will have experience with elderly care, Medicare/Medicaid, Skilled Services, Mental Health, and Developmental Disabilities.

Requirements include reliable transportation, the ability to pass background and drug tests, and relocation to Cincinnati if needed.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– 1 year of social work experience preferred
– Licensed Social Worker and driver’s license preferred

Details:
– 30 hours/week, full-time
– Pay from $22/hour, based on experience
