We offer an exciting opportunity for experienced Family Medicine Physicians to join a growing community healthcare organization with three clinic openings in Mission Viejo, Santa Ana, and Costa Mesa (opening April 2025).
These roles are full-time Site Lead Physician positions, combining clinical patient care with leadership responsibilities. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly preferred. Clinics operate weekday hours, with Costa Mesa expanding to evenings and Saturdays in January 2026. Salary ranges start at $250,000, commensurate with experience and leadership skills, with full benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development support. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages, supervising clinical staff, ensuring quality standards, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and attending meetings.
