Job Description

The Speech Language Pathologist in Home Health provides
speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing setting.
They assess patient needs, develop treatment plans with goals,
and conduct screenings and evaluations to determine appropriate interventions.

Responsibilities include reviewing referrals, monitoring progress,
modifying treatments, and supervising licensed assistants. The role
