Job Description
We are seeking a full-time licensed Social Worker, Counselor, or Clinician to join our Community-Based Treatment Foster Care and Home-Based Services Team.
Providing trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health counseling to children, adolescents, adults, and families involved with the child welfare system.
Delivering home-based, strengths-based services tailored to family needs, including assessments, treatment planning, interventions, and referrals.
Collaborating with a treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and linking clients to specialized services as needed.
Participating in paid training, supervision, and continuing education to support licensure and professional growth.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling, valid licensure (LSW/LPC/MFT), strong documentation skills, and experience working with children’s mental health preferred.
