Job Description
Join a group practice offering clinicians the opportunity to build their own semi-private practices in their chosen community, especially in underserved rural areas. This role focuses on providing individual and family therapy, with the practice handling business support and startup costs.
We seek motivated, independent clinicians with LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LPCC credentials who can conduct at least 20 sessions weekly, ideally with insurance panel approval and experience working with children.
The position offers flexible scheduling, professional training, support, and growth potential. Benefits include competitive pay ($50,000-$110,000), health and retirement plans, PTO, loan forgiveness, training stipends, and more.
Enjoy working autonomously without administrative burdens while making a positive community impact.
