Job Description

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across the Midwest, with expanding opportunities.

Immediate openings for *Fully Licensed* Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) interested in geriatric behavioral health, primarily in Bay City, MI. This *Part-Time* role involves providing direct psycho-social services, including evaluations, diagnoses, individual, group, and family therapies for nursing home residents.

• See 10-15 patients daily, with schedule flexibility to promote work-life balance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and continuity
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare guidelines and documentation standards
• Operate autonomously within facilities, supported by a dedicated practice manager
• Use electronic medical records and participate in team-based care

Qualifications include LMSW licensure, 1-2 years of experience, and strong communication skills. Experience with healthcare documentation and Medicare guidelines is a plus.
