Job Description

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across multiple states, with expanding opportunities.

Immediate openings are available for *Fully Licensed* LMSWs interested in geriatric behavioral health, in a *Part-Time* role based in Bay City, MI.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct psycho-social services through evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment of nursing home residents
• Conducting individual, group, and family therapies
• Managing 10-15 patients daily with flexible scheduling for work-life balance
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and continuity
• Maintaining knowledge of Medicare guidelines and proper documentation

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and LMSW license, with 1-2 years experience preferred
