Job Description

This full-time, exempt social work position offers a production incentive and volume-based pay, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, retirement, and more.

Responsibilities include applying social work methods to evaluate personal and family issues, assisting clients with adjustment and decision-making, and providing individual, group, and family therapy.

Participation in quality improvement initiatives is also required.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, at least two years of practice experience, current Iowa licensure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records. LMHC or LMFT credentials are considered.
