Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist to provide services for students from preschool to age 22 with moderate/severe disabilities.
Responsibilities include assessments, report and IEP writing, direct therapy, consults, progress reports, materials prep, AAC support, and staff collaboration. Provide individual or small group speech therapy for grades Pre-K–12, attend IEPs and planning meetings, and contribute expertise on speech and language disorders. Complete documentation, assessments, and evaluations in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Advise teachers and parents on speech/language development, classroom modifications, and referrals, while supporting SLPA and paraeducators. Assist in total communication methods, participate in IEP, 504, or SST teams, and engage in professional development activities. Manage caseload for billing and maintain professional competence through ongoing education. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology or related field, valid California credentials, experience preferred, and a valid California driver’s license. This full-time position offers a salary range of $68,101–$134,402 with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.
