This role involves providing specialized speech and language services to students with IEPs, collaborating with team members, and developing individualized plans to support students’ progress. The candidate must conduct assessments, communicate effectively with diverse families (including Spanish-speaking guardians), and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring student progress, maintaining documentation, and adapting instruction to meet students’ needs. The position requires a Master’s Degree, relevant credentials, and experience working with students with special needs, preferably in an urban public school setting. Bilingual Spanish proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
