Job Description
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing individual and small group speech and language services to students with IEPs in a dual-immersion, bilingual (English/Spanish) public charter school network.
Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and outside providers to support student progress.
Conduct assessments, screenings, and parent interviews in students’ primary languages.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Work with diverse student populations, adapting strategies to meet individual needs.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, valid California credentials, bilingual Spanish proficiency, and experience with students with special needs.
Requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills, along with flexibility and commitment to equitable access to education.
