Job Description
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position involves providing individual and small group speech and language services to students with IEPs, collaborating with team members, and developing and monitoring IEPs to ensure equitable access to curriculum.
Essential duties include conducting assessments, communicating with families (in English and Spanish), maintaining documentation, and supporting students’ health and mobility needs.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, valid California credentials, at least one year of experience with students with special needs, bilingual in Spanish, and proficiency with relevant software.
Work involves regular travel, occasional evening/weekend hours, and physical activity. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $115,000 with benefits such as health insurance, retirement, and growth opportunities.
