Job Description

The Speech Pathologist evaluates and treats patients with hearing, speech, language, and swallowing issues based on medical diagnoses and physician orders, following established standards of practice.


They apply growth and development principles to care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, working collaboratively with customers, patients, physicians, and staff to promote teamwork.


Minimum requirements include a Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology, a Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from ASHA or in the process of completing CFY, and a valid state license. BLS certification from AHA is also required.


Preferred experience includes at least six months of related training or work. The role emphasizes adherence to organizational values to foster engagement, hope, health, and healing for all customers.
