Job Description

The Speech Pathologist evaluates and treats patients with hearing, speech, language, and swallowing issues based on medical diagnoses and physician orders, adhering to established standards of practice.

They apply growth and development principles to care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and staff is essential to provide quality care and promote teamwork.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology, a CCC from ASHA, and a valid state license or in the process of completing CFY. BLS certification from the AHA is also required.

Minimum six months of related experience or training is preferred. The role emphasizes adherence to organizational values to foster hope, health, and healing for all customers.
