Speech and Language Pathologist-Pediatrics

Job Description

The Speech Pathologist provides evaluation and treatment for patients with hearing, speech, language, and swallowing issues based on medical diagnoses and physician orders, following established standards of practice.

They apply growth and development principles to care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, working collaboratively with patients, families, physicians, and staff to promote teamwork and excellent service.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology, a Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from ASHA, and a state license or ongoing CFY. BLS certification from the AHA is also required.

Preferred experience includes at least six months of related training or work. The role emphasizes adherence to organizational values to foster hope, health, and healing for all customers.
