Job Description

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.

They develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure culturally responsive and inclusive care.

Essential duties include conducting assessments, providing therapy, training team members, and engaging with families.

Qualifications include licensure in Indiana, CCC-SLP or eligibility, at least 1 year of experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and cultural humility.

Ideal candidates may have experience with AAC systems, feeding disorders, and diversity training.
