Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy for children with speech and language disorders in Southwest Montana.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions in clients’ homes and collaborate with families and healthcare providers.
• Educate families on reinforcing therapy techniques and track progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Montana licensure, and experience with pediatric populations. ASHA certification is preferred.

Benefits include flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and continuing education. This full-time role offers $50-$65/hour, 20–30 hours per week, with work primarily in Butte, MT. Reliable transportation is required.
