Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents.

Implement evidence-based interventions in individual and group sessions.

Monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly.

Collaborate with clinical staff, families, and other professionals to support communication goals.

Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress.

Qualifications include: a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, and strong assessment and communication skills. Experience in a nursing setting is preferred.
