Job Description
This full-time, contract Speech-Language Pathologist role involves conducting evaluations in speech, language, hearing, and communication based on student needs, and collecting data through interviews and observations.
Collaborate with school personnel and families to monitor progress and support student learning. Apply research-based practices for diagnosing and treating speech and language disorders, including communication devices and systems. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) and provide direct therapy services to diverse students. Participate in meetings such as IEPs and 504 plans, and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards. Support student safety, maintain professional competence, and prepare assessment reports.
