Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication needs, primarily in educational settings with additional support in residential environments.
The role involves conducting assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, delivering individual and group therapy, and collaborating with families, educators, and mental health professionals. The SLP must adapt approaches for clients with behavioral and mental health challenges, ensuring patient-centered, trauma-informed care.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure, and preferably ASHA certification. Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. Experience with AAC systems and supporting clients with behavioral needs are a plus.
