Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication needs in educational and residential settings. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with families, educators, and mental health professionals, and supporting clients with behavioral and mental health challenges using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches.


Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure, and preferably ASHA CCC-SLP. Key skills involve assessment, intervention, documentation, and effective teamwork. Preferred experience with AAC systems and supporting clients with mental health needs is a plus.


The position offers a salary of $75,000-$85,000, flexible hours, and comprehensive benefits. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is provided, paid in installments at 6 months and 1 year. We promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace.
