The Speech-Language Pathologist provides direct patient care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities within a skilled nursing facility.

Essential functions include evaluating and treating patients, developing treatment plans, communicating with families and interdisciplinary teams, documenting services, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

They collaborate with team members, contribute to professional development, and promote a positive facility culture.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC, current licensure, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.

Physical demands involve working with patients, with some desk work, and maintaining safety practices.

Compensation ranges from $58.00 to $62.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance.

Must be licensed in California and willing to relocate to Cupertino, CA.
