Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a hospital-based role in Omak, WA, with coverage in Brewster.

Pay ranges from $44–$50/hour (DOE), with sign-on and retention bonuses up to $10,000, plus a $1,000/month housing allowance for the first 6 months.

Caseload is approximately 25% inpatient and 75% outpatient, treating individuals across the lifespan, with occasional hospital coverage in Brewster.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing needs, completing documentation, collaborating with teams, and supporting program development.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Washington licensure or eligibility, and preferred CCC-SLP credentials or CFY.
