Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication challenges, primarily in educational settings with additional support in residential environments.
The role involves conducting assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, delivering individual and group therapy, and collaborating with families, educators, and mental health professionals to support communication goals. The SLP will adapt approaches for clients with behavioral and mental health needs, ensuring patient-centered, trauma-informed care.
Qualifications include a master’s degree, current state licensure, and strong diagnostic and intervention skills. Preferred credentials include ASHA certification and experience with AAC and mental health support strategies.
