Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

Seeking a motivated Speech Therapist to join a compassionate team in a person-centered home environment with 12 small residences on a scenic campus in Cicero, NY.

• Evaluate and treat patients with diverse diagnoses following physician’s orders.
• Provide skilled speech therapy using evidence-based techniques for speech, voice, swallowing, and language disorders.
• Complete documentation, develop care plans, and set personalized goals for patients.
• Conduct screenings, offer counseling, and collaborate with other health professionals.
• Participate in care planning, staff meetings, and in-service training.
• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to safety protocols, and support the facility’s mission and values.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $70,000-$90,000 annually, along with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Therapists in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply.
