Job Description
The Speech Language Pathologist supports students’ speech, language, and social development by conducting screenings, assessments, and providing therapy in collaboration with Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians.
Conduct diagnostic evaluations, monitor progress, and participate in team reviews.
Consult with families, educators, and agencies to develop and implement individualized communication plans.
Provide therapy, follow-up, and complete necessary documentation and authorization forms.
Maintain records, order supplies, and supervise staff as needed.
Meet weekly billable hours, stay current with industry practices, and uphold licensure and ethical standards.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, CCC-SLP certification, state licensure, and experience working with individuals with autism using assessment tools like ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP.
The role is full-time or part-time, based in Columbus, OH, requiring in-person work with physical demands. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
