Job Description

The Speech Language Pathologist supports students’ speech, language, and social development by conducting screenings, assessments, and providing therapy in collaboration with Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians.

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, monitor progress, and participate in team reviews.
  • Consult with families, educators, and agencies to develop and implement individualized communication plans.
  • Provide therapy, follow-up, and complete necessary documentation and authorization forms.
  • Maintain records, order supplies, and supervise staff as needed.
  • Meet weekly billable hours, stay current with industry practices, and uphold licensure and ethical standards.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, CCC-SLP certification, state licensure, and experience working with individuals with autism using assessment tools like ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP.
  • The role is full-time or part-time, based in Columbus, OH, requiring in-person work with physical demands. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
