Job Description
Provides direct patient care as a Speech-Language Pathologist, evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders to optimize patient outcomes.
Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, communicates with families and interdisciplinary team members, documents services accurately, and supervises clinical staff.
Ensures compliance with regulatory and billing requirements through precise documentation, manages Medicare reviews, and secures necessary consents.
Collaborates effectively within the team, integrates findings from multiple disciplines, and contributes to team meetings and patient education.
Engages in ongoing professional development, stays current with clinical best practices, and promotes a positive, safe, and professional work environment.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of relevant experience, valid licensure, and CPR certification. The role involves physical activity related to patient care and offers a pay rate of $58-$62/hour with benefits, including health insurance. Must be willing to relocate to Cupertino, CA, prior to starting.
