Job Description

Join a supportive, data-driven environment focused on creating a safe and nurturing space for children and staff. This role offers flexible hours, growth opportunities, and the chance to help build a new SLP program primarily serving children on the autism spectrum, with potential to work with clients of all ages.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing, collaborating with families and healthcare professionals, and documenting progress.

Qualifications required are a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure and ASHA certification, experience with pediatric populations, and familiarity with early intervention.

Available as full-time or part-time, with competitive pay ($54,060–$87,918), benefits (including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off), and a Monday–Friday schedule. This in-person role offers a unique opportunity to shape a new program in a relaxed setting.
