Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

The full-time Speech-Language Pathologist will support diverse learners by providing speech and language services, managing caseloads, and supporting students’ IEPs.

Deliver direct speech therapy, conduct evaluations, and develop IEP goals.

Coordinate with educators and families, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings.

Conduct screenings and provide classroom-based strategies as needed.

Possess a Master’s degree, CCC-SLP certification, and relevant experience, preferably in school settings.

Maintain current licensure, collaborate with teams, and travel between sites.

Compensation includes a competitive salary starting at $57,000, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with in-person work at multiple school sites. Applicants should have at least one year of speech therapy experience and hold CCC-SLP certification.
