Job Description

The full-time Speech-Language Pathologist will support diverse learners by providing speech and language services, managing caseloads, and supporting students’ IEPs.

  • Deliver direct speech therapy, conduct evaluations, and develop IEP goals.
  • Coordinate with educators and families, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings.
  • Conduct screenings and provide classroom-based strategies as needed.
  • Possess a Master’s degree, CCC-SLP certification, and relevant experience, preferably in school settings.
  • Maintain current licensure, collaborate with teams, and travel between sites.


  • Compensation includes a competitive salary starting at $57,000, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with in-person work at multiple school sites. Applicants should have at least one year of speech therapy experience and hold CCC-SLP certification.
