Job Description
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities within a skilled nursing environment.
Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans; communicate progress with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams; and document services accurately.
Supervise and collaborate with team members, contribute to professional development, and ensure safe working practices.
Maintain compliance with regulatory documentation, manage billing, and support facility-wide patient care initiatives.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience, CCC-SLP certification, and valid licensure.
